Dat is onvoldoende voor optimale immuniteit, energie en bescherming tegen auto-immuunziekten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ga altijd voor <strong>functionele optimalisatie<\/strong>, niet alleen het vermijden van defici\u00ebntie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Er is al sinds 2014 bekend dat door een statistische (reken)fout de aanbevolen dagelijkse hoeveelheid in heel de wereld tot een factor 10 te laag is ingeschat. sturen naar botten i.p.v. bloedvaten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Combineer ook met een goed magnesium supplement zie magnesium hoofdstuk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voeding bevat weinig vitamine D \u2014 Wel iets in vette vis, eieren, lever.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zonlicht blijft de beste bron, mits veilig en regelmatig.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. \ud83d\udee1\ufe0f Vitamine D en
